Last month, our Executive Director Mike Reardon and Director of Allocations and Operations Megan Adzima had the pleasure of catching up with scholar alumna Mariana Hincapie over lunch while she was home on break after her first semester at College of the Holy Cross.
As a former CSF scholar at Malden Catholic, Mariana had an incredible first semester, balancing her studies, joining the cheer team, and working at Nativity School in Worcester. Mariana is planning to study business, and we can’t wait to see everything she will accomplish.
Young Leaders Gala Committee Kickoff
A few weeks ago, 25 young leaders gathered to kick off their fundraising efforts for the upcoming Annual Building Minds Scholarship Fund Gala, which supports students and families in need. As a group, the Young Leaders have committed to raising over $100,000 for this year’s event. Maddy Coady from PwC and Albert La Valle from Bain Capital, LLC were named co-chairs of the Young Leader Committee for this year.
